Shipping and Returns

Shipment of goods will take place within 2 days after payment has been received.

Deliveries to all countries in Europa are free of postage. 

World of Lisa Tucci will charge various fees for postal costs:

  • The Oceanian Countries and Singapore will have a fee of £20.00.
  • The UAE countries will have a fee of £20.00.
  • India and South Africa will have a postage fee of £20.00.
  • Canada and The United States will have a postage fee of £12.50.
  • Mexico and all Northern America will have a fee of £17.50
  • Australia, China and Japan will have a postage fee of £20.00.

Returns are hassle free at World of Lisa Tucci!

If you are unhappy with anything you have bought from us, just let us know and you can return it for an exchange, store credit or a refund within 90 days after the receiving date. We offer a 90 day no questions asked return policy. 

Please note that the postal costs for returning the goods must be paid by the customer.

 What items are returnable?

 Within 90 days of receipt of your shipment

  • In original condition
  • Unworn
  • In the original packaging

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click HERE.
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you preferGo to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package.
  • The return address for the package we will inform you.Please provide us with the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep track your package by receiving an email for shipment updates.
  • You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved.
